KITTY’S MISTAKE CELLAR DOOR
One of Freycinet’s newest wine experiences, Kitty’s Mistake is a destination in its own right. Overlooking the water and surrounding landscape, the striking cellar door is a beautiful place to taste, pause and experience another side of the East Coast.
WADE RESTAURANT
Chef Wade Fordham brings a lifetime of experience to his first restaurant, with a menu grounded in seasonality, exceptional Tasmanian produce and food made to be shared. At the heart of the kitchen is fire, with an Argentine Asado grill bringing another dimension to the flavours of the East Coast.
